♥ Molasses Whip-Cream ♥
By: Pantless With Wine
Ingredients:
• 1 cup all-purpose whipping cream or heavy cream (if you want dairy free, try using canned coconut creme)
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tablespoon of molasses
• *ice-cold medium sized metal bowl*
You ready to one-up everyone? Throw your pants on the bed, pull out a good bottle of red to sip while you inevitably lick a good portion of that whip cream.
1.) Before making this, place your metal medium sized bowl in the freezer until its “ice-cold”, if you don’t have time- I understand- but it just makes the whip-cream get its peak faster and makes for a more “airy” whip-cream. Otherwise you may get a more watery consistency.
2.) Put all ingredients into the bowl and whisk on medium to high speed until peaks appear, if using kitchen-aid mixer it takes about one minute. Place that molasses whip cream on eeeeverything. Its crazy good.
3.) Don’t forget to lick the spatula!
